Product Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives, from conception through to market launch. This role is pivotal in driving the innovation and quality of our fashion line, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers while maintaining our brand’s standards for excellence and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate closely with design, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process, from ideation and design to production and launch.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure product designs align with market trends and brand vision.
• Work with the supply chain team to source sustainable materials and ensure ethical production practices.
• Oversee product testing phases to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation.
• Manage timelines and budgets to ensure product development projects are completed on schedule and within cost parameters.
• Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from concept to market.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:

• The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent upon the applicant’s skills and experience.
