Job Overview:
Ascend USA is seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Manager to spearhead our business-to-business sales efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand our brand’s presence in the fashion industry, specifically targeting retailers, boutiques, and other potential business partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the fashion sector, a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, research, and engage potential business clients, including retailers, boutiques, and online marketplaces.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ needs are met.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales materials and presentations for B2B clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our brand.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, offering insights into customer needs, potential for growth, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the product development and inventory teams to ensure product availability and alignment with market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the fashion industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Salary:
- The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent upon the applicant’s skills and experience.
